Integrade Pro is an electronic gradebook software that allows teachers to maintain student grade. It allows access to a complete list of scores, missing assignments and up-to-the-minute calculated grades for any or all students. Reports outlining student progress can be printed to share at parent conferences or individually with students. Reports can even be emailed directly to the home allowing for better school–to-home communications.
· At the start of the new school year each teacher will need to create 1 (and only 1) new Gradebook. This gradebook will hold and contain information for all of your classes for both semesters or all school year.
· Your class lists and student names and ID numbers will appear in your gradebook.

Never enter a student’s name on your own. Student rosters come from the main system data and they must EXACTLY match for a Report Card to be generated.


You password protect your gradebook data. It is important that you do keep your password confidential and away from student access. Share the password with your school’s Integrade representative if requested.
Your gradebook data will reside on a network drive that you will access with your teacher number. (See your guidance secretary for your teacher number)

Do not rely on just one copy of this data. Get in the habit of saving a backup copy of your gradebook to a USB or printout
